In this series\, we’ll walk through key components for each building occupancy type\, providing sample details\, photos of installations and potential pitfalls to avoid. Highlighting 2025 changes throughout\, this course is intended for designers\, builders and building officials. Bring your questions and join in the discussion.\na. Single Family Residential (SFR)\nb. SFR Additions + Alterations\nc. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s) – THIS COURSE!\nd. Multi-family Residential\ne.
