Chloe joined the Sustainability Division in late 2024. She works primarily for the Tri-County Regional Energy Network, supporting the Building Performance Training Program. She joins the team with experience in heavy-duty vehicle and equipment electrification and sustainability program administration. She holds a master’s degree from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management. Chloe is passionate about electrification and promoting an equitable energy transition.
