Roxane joined the Sustainability Division in November 2024 as the Climate Action Plan Program Administrator. She supports the County’s Climate Action Plan and related sustainability efforts, bringing over a decade of experience as a sustainability director in higher education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Community Engagement and a master’s in Business Management. A Ventura County native, she is passionate about practical, community-centered climate solutions.
